Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at y2k.vault.ltd@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns for items returned outside the 14-day window, or items that show signs of wear or washing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
